Where I’ve Been The Last Two Months

My view of Rainier from Kerry Park one August evening. Like this volcano in the distance, a project I’ve been working on has been slowly coming together in the background!

Have you noticed I haven’t posted in two months? (I hope you did.)

Luckily, nothing bad happened.

I’ve been busy working on one of my biggest goals this year, which is releasing a product on my website!

Now I could try to write some inspirational blog post about how I reached this goal, but I’ll just be honest: I had no idea what I was doing most of the time. The final product was nothing like the original plan (I had started out thinking I’d create an online course), but here we are.

But one inspirational thing I did try to keep in mind while putting this together was a quote from Robert Greene: “If you are timid and not confident when you start a project, you will fail because you feel that way. Enter it with the right energy. Be bold, even if it fails. Be as confident as you can. This will create a self-fulfilling dynamic, and people will admire it.”

I questioned myself plenty during this process, but I kept coming back to that quote. It gave me a sort of fake confidence at first but over time, that turned into the real thing. And now, the damn thing is finished.

Now… let’s talk about these products!

The aim is to help tackle this problem: Anxiety is getting worse. I guess less than 5% of people with anxiety realize their daily food choices are either helping or hurting it.

Product 1:  Fork Over the Anxiety

This is my step-by-step guide on what I ate for better mental health. I share the exact foods I removed and added to my diet to overcome a lifetime of anxiety. If you don’t know where to start with food and anxiety, this book lays out the process I used. It took me two years to figure it out, but you can learn it in a weekend. Even if you don’t follow the full process, you’ll still walk away with a much better understanding of brain health, gut health, and how food affects both.

Product 2: Your Plate, My Take

This one’s a level up from the e-book. You’ll send me a day’s worth of meals, and I’ll respond with a quick custom video breaking down what you’re doing right, what’s holding you back, and a few simple upgrades to support your mental health. Backed by my 3-year transformation, formal certification, and research, this is your chance to see how food impacts your anxiety.

Finally, I just want to say thank you for being here and following along with my blog posts. You keep me going and hold me accountable. Knowing there are people like you reading motivates me to keep creating.

If you’ve enjoyed these products, or if you just like the idea of fighting anxiety through food and lifestyle, I’d love it if you shared them with someone you know who’s struggling. It would mean the world to me, and I’m sure they’d appreciate it too.

Don’t hesitate to leave a review on the website or simply reply to this email with your thoughts. Whether it’s ideas for future content, ways I could improve, or a roast sesh, let me hear it.

Stay tuned for more blog posts and enjoy the rest of summer!
